Femtosecond laser

The femtosecond laser platform is equipped with 6 laser, working at different wavelength, repetition rate, and energy. Different projects are working around the setup (micro and nano structuring, plasma laser deposition...).

Laser equipped with a SLM (Spatial Light Modulator) to realize custom temporal pulse (single pulse, double pulse, optimized pulse).

Wavelength : 800 nm
Pulse duration : 150 fs

Laser RegA

Repetition Rate : 100 kHz
Energy : 9 µJ
Wavelength : 800 nm
Pulse duration : 150 fs, up to 20 ps
