Teams

The research activity of the Hubert Curien laboratory is organized around 2 main scientific departments :

• Optics, Photonics & Surfaces (Head: Jean-Philippe Colombier)
• Computer science, Security & Image (Head: Amaury Habrard)

These departments are composed of 6 teams:

• Functional Materials and Surfaces (Head: Yves Jourlin)
• Materials for Optics and Photonics in Extreme Radiation Environments (Head: Sylvain Girard)
• Laser-Matter Interaction (Head: Razvan Stoïan)
• Image science & Computer vision (Head: Loïc Denis)
• Data Intelligence (Head: Rémi Emonet)
• Secure Embedded Systems & Hardware Architectures (Head: Cédric Killian)

Over the past years, a particular emphasis has been put on developing cross disciplinary scientific projects to create a common culture within and between our two scientific departments.
