The QA Company is a startup founded in 2019 by Pierre Maret, professor of Computer Science and researcher in Data Intelligence within our lab, together with his former doctoral student Dennis Diefenbach.

The company develops Enterprise Question Answering (QA) systems, i.e., chatbots that find direct and immediate answers for written or oral questions from documents such as Enterprise documentation or websites (PDFs, DOCX files, HTML, etc.).

Firstly, no technical competence is required to create and publish QA systems. Users can generate a chatbot within minutes that provides targeted, explained answers with links to the relevant documents
