Second workshop on gaussian processes at Saint-Étienne

In the continuity of the First workshop on gaussian processes at Saint-Étienne, the aim of this second edition is to gather different researchers from different communities working in the area of the Gaussian Processes, from the theoretical point of view to the applications.
